As a patient at our hospital, you have the following rights:

The right to receive care in a safe and clean environment. The right to be treated with respect, dignity and confidentiality. The right to participate in all decisions related to your care and treatment. The right to access your medical records and to request copies of those records. The right to receive a detailed explanation of your diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis. The right to express any concerns or complaints about your care, and to have those concerns addressed in a timely manner. The right to receive information about your insurance coverage and any associated financial responsibilities. The right to have a support person of your choosing present during your care. The right to refuse treatment and to have that refusal respected, as long as it is done in writing and in accordance with state and federal laws. If you have any concerns about any of your rights as a patient at our hospital, please do not hesitate to speak with a member of our staff.

To find a specific medicine at our hospital, you can ask a member of our medical staff or visit the hospital pharmacy. If the medicine you are looking for is not available at our hospital, the pharmacy staff may be able to help you locate it at another pharmacy or deliver it to your house at the earliest convenience.

Alternatively, you can call our hospital’s main phone number and ask to be connected to the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff can help you locate the medicine you are looking for and deliver it to your house.
